Our fees differ depending on the type of service you need.
We accept GP referrals under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), which allows eligible clients to access Medicare rebates. We also support clients with private health insurance, WorkCover/workers' compensation, NDIS (self or plan-managed), and road accident insurance claims. (e.g. TAC or Greenslip)
While we don’t offer bulk billing, we are committed to keeping out-of-pocket costs affordable.

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 business hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid incurring additional fees. For example, if your appointment is on a Monday, please ensure you notify us by the preceding Thursday.

Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 48 business hours' notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

A 50% fee will apply if the session is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 business hours’ notice.

A 100% fee will apply if the session is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 business hours’ notice.

A 100% fee will apply if the session is not attended with no notice of cancellation.

Our strict cancellation policy is required to cover practice expenses and wages. If you give enough notice, your appointment could be allocated to another deserving person.
